  I've rarely had an issue here. I get seen in the Washington Township branch, but my Dr's assistant works out of this one. Any message I leave gets a call back within the hour. She pushes to make sure things go smoothly. Dr. Krol is polite and asks about how my life is, not just my illness. I love this practice!
