  Everything was done and all but I want to give this review to hopefully encourage CheQuai D. Johnson Senior Commercial Insurance Representative to have a better attitude because she kept interrupting me as well as having an attitude for no reason. I assume she just doesn't like her job I don't know but she needs a reality check because it was really difficult to speak to her when she avoided talking to me or answering any of my questions without giving me attitude.

  Extremely unreliable. Truly the worst effort I have ever seen on a claim. 2 weeks have passed and there is no authorization for auto repairs, despite having a bonified police report in hand and a clear "at fault" driver. Their over-riding principle is to delay and hope it goes away. They have not provided me a copy of the written clause in the insurance contract as reason for this delay; on a simple rear end accident. Legal questions arise as a result. Daniel Morgan is the adjuster on the case. I asked a customer service employee for their work log on the case and it shows they go 3-5 days without touching the active file by self admission. My vehicle will not be fixed for months at this given pace. They will not return calls unless you mention legal action which will have to be propogated at this point. To be perfectly honest, stay far away.
