  We were introduced to Gina from my sister and her husband who have used her services on several occasions. We put Gina to the test and she came through meeting and exceeding all our needs in the house we bought. We had a very small area we were interested in living and there were not many options within that area during our time of search. She was great, we thought we were going to be stuck purchasing a condo or townhouse, but we were able to end up in a single family home with more than we could have asked for. Our situation was a little different then some, we did not have to rush into a purchase but when we saw our house we new we had to have it...She made our life so easy we put the offer in it was excepted and we closed on the house within 3 weeks...I would highly recommend Gina and her team, thank you!!!

  I would hands down recommend Gina for both your home purchase or your sale. I have worked with realtors every day for almost a decade and she is one that truly cares about her clients. She has the experience to give the proper advice for any situation and if things don't go smoothly (which unfortunately happen sometimes) she is the one you want on your side, fighting for your interests.   I had the pleausre of working with Gina in two different transactions; selling my house and building a new one . my concern was coordinating the sale and move in time so that i did not have to put furniture in storage. well, that didn't happen because of a problem with the building, but with Gina's profdssionalism and expertise, my house sold quickly without any problems. there were some problems building my new home, but with Gina's guidance and wonderful calming personality everything worked out. i am in my new home and very happen.

We had never been through this process and only heard negative things about short sales. But Gina was extremely helpful in developing a plan and she worked hard to execute on it.
