  This dealership takes great pride in customer service and attention to detail. During the buying process I was never pressured and always helped out when I had questions. The team at Elkins is better than any of the dealerships that I've used in the past! It is a family atmosphere with many great options at attractive values. In fact, during the process I also had to get service done on my existing vehicle and their team was quick and offered a better price than the competition.
  
  I couldn't be happier with my experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

  Upon walking in to check on a vehicle to replace one from a recent accident, Todd H. showed conciderable care and understanding. He assisted me and my family in getting the vehicle we wanted and fit our needs and not pushing like many other car sales people in the industry. While dealing with this adventure of car buy and not having my better half to assist with our two kiddos, Todd H. lent that helping hand and show the true Elkins Family support. Honestly I believe if I asked Todd H. to change a diaper he would not have even hesitated, luckily for him both kiddos can wipe their own butts. My family would highly recommend Elkins Chevrolet, not just because of the great price, no sale haggles and quick delivery, but for the true Family oriented comfort and understanding.

  From the moment i walked in the door, they made u fell comfortable and not just a number. My sale rep bill was great as well as bob the manager. No high pressure sales, they explained all my options and put me in a new truck that i wanted. No gimmicks or running back and forth to check with the manager over price, it was upfront and honest pricing from the start not to mention they had the lowest price around. I would highly recommend this dealership especially bill.

  Amazing dealership! Everyone was very friendly and made you feel like family. Not pushy what so ever like most dealerships are... went above and beyond to get me approved with the best interest rate possible! I will definitely be returning for my next vehicle. So professional and so helpful. They really care about their customers.
