  My brother lives here. The neighborhood is nice. All of the neighbors are friendly. I'm not sure what the vetting process is but it's not bad to visit. The apartments are not insane large but they are the best I've seen in the area with some of the best prices that I've witnessed. Location wise, it's not too far from public transportation. As such a lot of people prefer to live her to commute into the city.
