  I would never complain about the service of this place and it's a nice enough looking restaurant, but the food is lacking in many ways. I'm personally not the biggest fan of Mexican food but I do enjoy good tacos, and Mexican Food Factory's tacos are not good.
  
  I've been there on three separate occasions with friends and ordered tacos each time and they're some of the worst tacos I've ever had. There's almost no meat in them, if you order some with meat, they overload them with lettuce and don't give you enough tomatoes or salsa to put on them even if you ask for extra. I think the worst one I got was a shrimp and bacon that also had cilantro on it. There was barely enough shrimp, they put like pinch of bacon across all three tacos, and overloaded them with lettuce and cilantro. The Mexican food factory has good service, nice atmosphere, but not good food. And correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought good food was the first thing a restaurant was supposed to focus on.
